The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack / Mobile App Developer to build, enhance, and scale the digital infrastructure that powers the Ralia campaign matching and payout ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance mobile and web application user interfaces.
• Design and integrate secure APIs for user verification, wallet balances, and campaign delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with product leads to ensure smooth, responsive end-user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure web application responsiveness, reliability, and automated payout backend integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience building cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter, React Native, or Native iOS/Android).
• Proficiency with full-stack web architectures, REST APIs, and modern JS frameworks.
• Understanding of transaction security, database design, and real-time event processing.
• Strong communication skills and independence in a fast-paced environment.
